Turquoise Bracelet

Persian Turquoise and Diamond Bangle

According to Victorian gem lore, turquoise is a declaration of love when received as a gift.

Fashioned of 15k gold over silver, this fine Victorian bracelet featuring an oval-shaped bombé smothered in powder blue turquoise is a perfect declaration of love. Bead set in silver over gold; the tiny stones are arranged in alternating sizes with remarkable precision to create a perfectly smooth dome. An oval-shaped star formation, further embellished with sixteen turquoise cabochons, frames the bombé. A mine-cut diamond crowns the dome. Despite its substantial appearance, the bangle is quite light on the wrist, due to the fashionable and nearly invisible knife blade design that replaced the heavier chains and solid cuffs of years past. Victorian fashion dictated that when it came to bangles, more was more. Thus ladies frequently donned two or three on each arm. Give it a go.
