Return Instructions

All of our pieces are guaranteed to strike your fancy and slake your jewelry appetite. If for any reason you are displeased with your Wanton purchase, pieces may be returned for a full refund within 10 business days of your original purchase date. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss a return or exchange. The item must be shipped fully insured and returned to us within 10 days of receipt. We understand that gifts may require extra time. Please let us know at the time of purchase and we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.

Please note that modified, damaged or altered items cannot be accepted for return. For Wanton-initiated alterations on your behalf (ring sizing for example), returns and Wanton credits may be an option. Please consult with us prior to any alterations. While our jewelry in is your possession, you are the official owner and are thus fully responsible for its well being. Your TLC is kindly requested.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact Wanton within 3 days of your purchase. Please note that returns must be received within 10 business days from the date of your original delivery.
  2. Following your request, Wanton will email you an official return label for use on your return shipment.
  3. Please double box your shipment: place the original jewelry box inside a small overnight box with all original packing materials. Seal the small box.
  4. Insert the small box inside a medium box and seal. Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the medium box and drop it off at the appropriate shipping location.
  5. Obtain a shipping receipt to confirm that your return item has been shipped. This receipt is your proof of insurance.
  6. Please allow three business days following our receipt of your package for your refund.
